Member Service Representative
Are you looking to start or continue a career in financial services? Do you have a positive, customer-oriented work ethic and would love the opportunity to make an impact on our members and be part of a great team? We have part-time and full-time positions available for candidates who are outgoing and willing to learn and demonstrate member service skills in our credit union. Successful candidates must:
* Be able to learn basic teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
* Provide excellent customer service skills to our members.
* Be comfortable discussing and promoting our products and services.
* Ability to resolve issues and determine the best solution to meet the member’s needs.
* Be familiar with office productivity software and the Windows operating system.
* Prior cash handling or sales experience is a plus.
